CO-FOUNDERS
Coruja Executive Search was co-founded by Roberto Picino and Rodolfo Ohl, two partners with complementary backgrounds, deep expertise, and a shared passion for connecting people with companies seeking growth and transformation.
Roberto Picino is Co-founder of Coruja Executive Search, where he advises companies on senior leadership hiring in Brazil.
He brings nearly 30 years of experience across technology, finance, and insurance, with a strong focus on executive search. Prior to founding Coruja, he spent 16 years at Michael Page, where he advanced to Executive Director and Board Member. He later became a partner at EXEC, a human capital consultancy.
Roberto is known for his hands-on, highly tailored approach to executive search, working closely with clients on leadership decisions that require alignment between business context, culture, and long-term strategy.

Rodolfo Ohl is Co-founder of Coruja Executive Search, a boutique firm focused on leadership hiring for companies expanding or restructuring in Brazil.
He has over 20 years of experience in technology and high-growth environments, having led market entry and operations for companies such as Monster, SurveyMonkey, Medium, Asana, ClassPass, and Domestika.
His work sits at the intersection of leadership, context, and decision-making. He advises founders and executives on building leadership teams in moments that require speed, precision, and judgment, including market entry, scale, and organizational change.
Before founding Coruja, Rodolfo served as Country Manager and in senior leadership roles across global technology companies, with direct responsibility for building teams and establishing operations in Brazil.
