CO-FOUNDERS
Coruja Executive Search was co-founded by Roberto Picino and Rodolfo Ohl, two partners with complementary backgrounds, deep expertise, and a shared passion for connecting people with companies seeking growth and transformation.
With nearly 30 years of experience in technology, finance, and insurance—primarily in executive search—Roberto found his passion for placing top executives. At Michael Page, he spent 16 years, advancing to Executive Director and Board Member. He later became a partner at EXEC, a human capital consultancy, before co-founding Coruja, where he applies a highly personalized, strategic approach to every assignment.

Rodolfo has over two decades of experience in innovation, startups, and technology. He has led operations for global tech companies in Brazil, including Catho, Monster, SurveyMonkey, Medium, Asana, ClassPass, and Domestika. Rodolfo’s passion for recruiting and developing high-performing teams led him to co-found Coruja, where he connects companies with leaders who drive results through a people-first approach.
